As we continue to scale in hyper-growth our Partnerships Team is continually building new & innovative ways of working with partners as Gen AI adoption accelerates, putting us at the centre of industry developments. 

The Role

As Strategic Partnerships Manager - Software at Hebbia, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our Matrix platform by cultivating a pipeline of channel & partnership opportunities, guiding stakeholders at all levels in partner GTM organisations to channel sales success. You'll advance Hebbia’s mission of replacing repetitive, manual workflows — like contract reviews, earnings analyses, and due diligence — with intelligent agentic automation that surfaces the right insights with full audit-ability and enterprise-grade security. Your pipeline & relationship goals will reflect your work as a strategic partner—helping Hebbia’s partners deliver their high quality content & solutions through Hebbia’s unique agentic capabilities, aligning with their GTM organisations and thereby supporting them to serve clients during the AI transformation.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify, Establish & Manage Multiple Partnerships: Own all Tech Partnerships for Hebbia and bring together partner GTM teams with Hebbia GTM to create trusted advisor relationships between them;
  2. Drive Pipeline for Hebbia: own and drive channel & partner pipeline by identifying strategic partners (CRMs, marketplaces, portfolio monitoring systems, risk analytics systems, virtual data rooms, co-creating new GTM structures & incentives, and aligning those with Hebbia commercial outcomes;
  3. Drive Partner Satisfaction: Manage relationships with Heads of Partnerships, Heads of Sales, Sales, Heads of Account Management & Account Managers in partner organisations;
  4. Optimize Go-to-Market Motion: Build compelling demos tailored to partners, create partner collateral & partner sales tooling to accelerate a replicable end-to-end sales process.
Who You Are:
  • 8-15 years Sales / Channels / Partnerships Experience;
  • Experience in generating multi-million USD software vendor partnerships within the fintech ecosystem;
  • Experience at an early stage venture backed company, e.g. <100 people;
  • Hunger and passion for learning, growth, and leadership;
  • Earned a bachelor's degree from an accredited university;
  • OTE is a 70:30 split, with unlimited commission upside. This is a strategic role for someone looking to create, grow & own a Gen AI ecosystem.
Compensation

70:30 (50% split team & 50% individual) Uncapped on individual performance. 

The combined base + bonus compensation range for this role is $230,000 - $300,000 USD + competitive equity. This range is inclusive of several career levels at Hebbia and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications. Adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.
