A simulation environment where AI can practice doing tasks (like coding or making a spreadsheet) so it can learn and get better over time.

We’re looking for a Strategic Projects Lead (SPL) to scale and optimize our data business. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone energized by ambiguity, rapid iteration, and building systems that operate at scale.

As an SPL, you will own the end-to-end production of RL training data inside our environments – from customer specifications through final delivery. Your decisions will directly impact data quality, operational efficiency, revenue, and margins.

• Own complex, end-to-end data pipelines from customer requirements to final output
  Identify and implement automation and workflow improvements to increase throughput and quality

• Partner closely with engineering, product, and leadership during a period of rapid growth

• Recruit, manage, and deploy high-skill talent across AI data projects.

SPLs are obsessed with both quality and velocity. You’ll combine analytical rigor, quantitative thinking, strong judgment, and creative problem-solving to move data cleanly through complex systems – often under imperfect information.

You’re an entrepreneurial operator who’s comfortable getting deep into the weeds and taking full ownership of outcomes. You’re excited by high-impact work and motivated to accelerate the development of agentic AI.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to improving systems and processes

• Solid technical fluency (experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools preferred)

• Experience training, coaching, and managing fast-moving teams

• The ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex issues to non-technical stakeholders

• An entrepreneurial mindset to build from scratch, move quickly, and prioritize

• A genuine interest in AI / ML systems
