Key responsibilities:
The Strategic Solutions Executive will be accountable for:
- Building a robust funnel of opportunities in strategic bulk buys and long term strategic partnerships with target customers.
- Driving identified opportunities to closure with relevant market commercial teams.
- Accountable to lead the market commercial team through the deal cycle ensure all necessary internal stakeholders are aligned.
- Rapidly build relationship and credibility with account communities and customers
- Demonstrating outstanding strategic selling skills and leading execution of outcomes selling strategies: Provocation, positioning our Point of View, Qualification, Advising, and aligning customers, negotiation, and contingency planning - working closely with the account communities
- Working closely with the GM, Strategic Solutions to inform and support the shaping and piloting of new offerings
- Mastery of new offerings structures, limitations, and flexibilities as the representative of new offerings within account communities when relevant
- Expand sales expertise to be able to actively represent GEHC’s entire portfolio of solutions; Imaging, Ultrasound, Service, LCS, HEF, Digital PDx products & capabilities
- Follow all applicable GE policies, procedures and operating mechanisms
- Proactively participate in company initiatives depending on organizational needs and as directed by management
- Ensure knowledge of and compliance with Quality, Regulatory, integrity and company policies
Success will be measured as follows:
- Ability to successfully provoke a customer – opening doors to opportunities: measured thru funnel growth and deal closure.
- Ability to define pursuit teams and streamline teams working in support of opportunities
- Funnel win rate
- Demonstrated expertise in front of customers to manage conversations across the portfolio
- Ability to lead account communities and product teams in a way that builds teamwork and camaraderie while also streamlining deal pursuits and strategies.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Multiple experiences architecting strategic, commercially successful multi-modality solutions
- Minimum 8 years experience in healthcare industry and Imaging
- Strong knowledge of health system operations and financial management
- Proven track record of engaging with and advising senior healthcare executives
- Organizational leadership experience – demonstrating ability to directly and indirectly lead teams and influence
- Strong knowledge of GE Healthcare portfolio
- 50-70% travel to support deal pursuits within USCAN

- Outstanding business Acumen – ability to prioritize, strategize to win, and coach teams to successful outcomes
- Excellent Communication skills: experience working across multiple levels, functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex information in an easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing
- Effective at building relationships across the organization and with Customers
- Skilled at managing conflict, and leveraging constructive conflict to bring teams and strategies together
- Strong PC skills: experience with financial applications including Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint, skills
- Experience closing large, complex, strategic deals
- Proven key account management and project planning skills
- Outstanding influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels
- Coping with pressure: Works productively in a pressurized environment. Keeps emotions under
- control during difficult situations
- High level presentation skills; able to present ideas to executives in a way that produces understanding and impact
Desired Characteristics
- Deep knowledge of GE Healthcare and the products and services offered - 5+ years working in GE Healthcare (recommended not required)
