Build the relationships, talent networks, and market intelligence that will power Ecosystem's future growth.
Who We Are
At Ecosystem we believe we should be accountable for results. That’s why we've integrated engineering and construction, seeing our projects through from design concept to implementation and commissioning. And that's how we can efficiently solve complex energy challenges in the built environment.
As we continue to expand across key markets in the United States and Canada, attracting exceptional talent is one of our most important strategic priorities.
Why This Role Matters
At Ecosystem, we want to understand talent markets before demand becomes urgent. We want to build relationships before a requisition exists. We want to identify people who could thrive here before they begin considering their next career move.
As a Strategic Talent Sourcer, you will help transform how Ecosystem attracts talent.
You will turn unfamiliar talent markets into trusted networks. You will develop relationships with exceptional professionals, uncover opportunities others might overlook, and generate insights that help us make smarter talent decisions.
Your focus will be the front end of talent acquisition: understanding the market, identifying talent, initiating conversations, and building long-term relationships. Once an active hiring process begins, you will partner closely with our recruiters, who lead candidate progression and selection.
What You Will Do
Understand the Market
Learn Ecosystem’s business, growth priorities, and technical roles, then translate that understanding into market maps and talent insights across priority regions, industries, companies, and professional communities.
Find and Engage Exceptional People
Proactively identify and approach professionals who may not know Ecosystem yet, using thoughtful, personalized outreach to start meaningful conversations and recognize potential beyond traditional career paths. Build trusted relationships with industry contacts, professional associations and other talent connectors.
Build Pipelines That Last
Develop and nurture talent communities aligned with Ecosystem’s growth priorities, connecting strong prospects with recruiters when the timing is right. Maintain high-quality talent data and market intelligence that can be leveraged across the organization, and share recommendations that help business leaders understand talent market opportunities and challenges.
