How You’ll Make an Impact
  • As a Strategy & Business Operations Manager at Superorder, you'll identify and scope internal projects, navigate ambiguity, collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders across the business, and manage timelines and delivery.

  • Analyze and visualize data using SQL and other tools to identify trends and build dashboards for operations.

  • Document current state processes and design onboarding workflows for new products; specify and build internal tooling and task management processes.

  • Be a utility player to provide firepower to solve any problem across the business: ask questions, be resourceful, learn quickly, and bring a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities & Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or consulting. This role requires first-hand execution as well as project and stakeholder management skills.

  • 2+ years of experience with quantitative data analysis and data visualization (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

  • Acute awareness of the fast-paced and hands-on work environment present in early stage startups that are constantly evolving and changing.

  • Preparedness to adapt to new situations and take on a multitude of tasks while maintaining deadlines, a positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various departments and across different levels of an organization.
