As a Strategy Director, you’ll be a key leader, partnering with creative and account teams to drive innovative, high-impact work across the owned, and earned ecosystem. With a deep understanding of business challenges, cultural trends, and consumer behavior, you’ll help shape strategic solutions that solve our clients’ biggest challenges.

Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, you’ll play a leadership role on one of our most strategic accounts.

You Will:

  • Lead strategic work across multiple workstreams, collaborating with the CSO on big-picture thinking while driving execution
  • Craft clear, compelling narratives that inform and inspire creative work and provide recommendations that contribute to the strategic direction of client work
  • Leverage a deep understanding  of how business, brands and customers interact, with a deep knowledge of the mechanics of integrated creative ecosystems
  • Partner with clients to understand business models, objectives, and human truths, and synthesizing those insights to develop strategic recommendations and creative briefs
  • Identify cultural trends and emerging digital behaviors, providing a strong POV on their impact on brand engagement
  • Work closely with creative teams post-brief, championing both client needs and creative excellence

You Have:

  • 6+ years of experience in 360° campaign strategy, with a proven ability to communicate effectively, stay organized, and adapt to changing needs
  • 2+ years in a senior strategic role, leading a large integrated account
  • A talent for simplifying complex ideas and uncovering insights that drive strategy and execution
  • A curiosity about human behavior, business strategy, and culture
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to strategy
  • Experience managing multiple projects and leading senior-level client relationships
  • An eagerness to generate insights and ideas, but equally excited to roll up your sleeves to get the work done
  • Expertise across all aspects of creative campaigns and communications work, e.g. CRM, Site, and Integrated campaigns
  • *Bonus if you have experience collaborating with media teams and working with media planning agencies

We continually review ranges to address skills, experience and markets. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a number of factors that include, but aren’t limited to, a candidate’s experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position. For current CM employees, tenure will also be a consideration.

Salary Range

$170,000$180,000 USD
