As a Strategy Director at Siegel+Gale, you will:

• Build corporate-level brand strategies and positioning recommendations for a range of clients
• Work collaboratively to create strategic recommendations that integrate research, design, experience, industry knowledge, and client knowledge
• Direct multiple projects, oversee quality of work across multiple projects simultaneously
• Manage client relationships and provide senior oversight and presence at client interactions
• Maintain constant client contact to build long term relationships and identify opportunities to grow business throughout clients’ organizations
• Provide unscripted strategic counsel and establish strong relationships with senior members of client team (i.e., Vice President on larger engagements or CMO on small- to mid-size engagements)
• Direct development of new business proposals, defining approach, pricing, and scope, and participate in pitches
• Direct and develop junior team-members
• Contribute to thought leadership that demonstrates the organization’s point of view on brand, customer experience and emerging trends
• Take an active role in shaping/developing culture by creating/participating in firm-building activities

You’re a great fit for this position if you have:

• A strong desire to create and contribute to an inclusive environment
• 10+ years agency experience; or
• An advanced degree and 7+ years agency experience
• Mastery of all core brand strategy subjects and deep expertise in 1–2 areas, such as: brand positioning, brand architecture, employee engagement, implementation
• Expertise across multiple industries; B2B client experience
• Strong commercial sense
• Ability to simplify
• Deep digital expertise 

The salary for this position is $175,000 - $225,000.
