S trategy Insights & Planning Consultan t - Compliance, Privacy & Risk
ZS's Insights & Analytics group partners with clients to design and deliver solutions to help them tackle a broad range of business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership.
ZS's Compliance, Privacy & Risk practice is an expert-led group co-creating tailored solutions with clients to unlock new levels of innovation, performance, and patient outcomes. The practice focuses on providing the following offerings:

• Compliance Strategy: providing strategy and advisory services enable clients to prioritize for impact to embed risk management into high-performing business practices and drive informed decision-making.

• Compliance Analytics: providing services ranging from implementation to ongoing support through custom-built or pre-built technology and data solutions within ZS's integrated analytics platform.

• Data Privacy & Protection: helping global clients develop robust and sustainable solutions to achieve data privacy compliance.

Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant
Strategy Insights & Planning Consultants deliver high-quality solutions for our clients. Consultants possess unstructured problem-solving skills as well as strong analytic, synthesis and communication skills. Consultants may work on multiple projects simultaneously. As Consultants advance in their career, they specialize in a particular industry, practice area and/or client relationship. The individual in this role will support the Compliance, Privacy & Risk practice in developing capabilities and service offerings to advance ZS as a leader in delivering strategic risk management solutions for clients by: 1) Integrating risk management into design of solutions, 2) Targeting risk and resources based on compliance insights from advanced analytics, and 3) Driving ethical culture through applied behavioral insights. This role will also play a key part in advancing ZS's compliance technology and analytics capabilities by translating regulatory and risk management needs into scalable data and AI- driven solutions and insights for compliance and business roles .
What You'll Do: Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant in the Insights & Analytics Group will:

• Work with project leadership to define project scope and develop approach , including identifying opportunities to apply technology and advanced analytics to address client risk and regulatory challenges .

• Lead project task execution by ensuring progress, organizing project data and coordinating team meetings.

• Develop dynamic PowerPoint presentations to visualize approach , observations, and recommendations focusing on highlighting impact and expertise .

• Conduct issue analysis and develop hypotheses on the key client issues.

• Design and execute qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to test and analyze hypotheses.

• Synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results to clients and internal teams.

• Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects and practice areas.

• Participate in business development.

• Contribute to internal firm activities. Coach and mentor junior team members.

What You'll Bring

• Advanced degrees in business, law, or healthcare management with a strong academic record of analytic and quantitative work. Alternatively, candidates may possess a PhD in marketing, economics, decision sciences or related field with a business application.

• 5-8 years of hands-on consulting experience developing and/or assessing compliance programs or compliance related analytics ideally i n the life sciences and/or Med Tech sectors.

• Domain knowledge in key areas of the life sciences sector is preferred. This can include, but is not limited to, third party risk management, medical affairs, monitoring, etc.

• Familiarity with analytics platforms, dashboards, or workflow tools used to support compliance, audit, risk management, investigations or monitoring activities in the life sciences and/or Med Tech sectors.

• High motivation, good work ethic , maturity and personal initiative.

• Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, leading and managing teams.

• Effective oral and written communication skills that enable personal impact with senior-level decision makers.

• Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset.

• Strong ability to interpret and explain analytical results to non-technical stakeholders, including compliance leaders and senior executives .

• Analytic problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative outlook .
