Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Strategy Consultant to support our strategy team in driving key initiatives, optimizing business operations, and identifying growth opportunities. You will work closely with senior consultants and other team members to analyze market trends, develop business strategies, and execute projects that will have a direct impact on the company's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of business strategies to help the company meet its short- and long-term goals.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.

  • Support in the creation of presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and investors.

  • Analyze business performance, track key metrics, and provide recommendations for improvements.

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance teams to align strategy with company objectives.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and innovative solutions.

  • Assist in managing and coordinating strategic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

  • Support the preparation of strategic plans, business models, and growth frameworks.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and provide insights to help refine strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new concepts and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship or experience in strategy consulting, business development, or a startup environment.

  • Familiarity with data analysis and business intelligence software.

  • Knowledge of the startup ecosystem and growth hacking strategies is a plus.
