About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled strategy & operations professional to join our team. As part of the Founder's office you’ll be responsible for setting up and scaling different business functions. Working with the co-founders on go-to-market, enterprise sales, product strategy, customer experience, investor relations, analytics, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Product strategy: Engage with customers through workshops to gather feedback and perform market research to inform product roadmap

  • Go-to-market and growth: Setup marketing stack, undertake initiatives to increase top-of-the-funnel leads, activate new channels and partnerships

  • Enterprise solution design: Conduct demos, develop customized solutions, create proposals/collateral, play an account manager role for marquee clients

  • Cross functional collaboration: Collect and relay client feedback to sales, customer success, legal, tech teams as well as contractors for product and process improvements

  • Business operations: Support co-founders in reporting KPIs and analytics, managing investor relations, sales enablement, process automation, and hiring

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of post MBA experience in PE/Investment banking firms such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Blackrock, KKR, Apollo, Carlyle etc.

  • Background in business research, consulting or investment banking

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail

  • Strong analytical mindset, adept at turning data into actionable insights

  • Hands-on, execution oriented and comfortable working with ambiguity

  • Strong presentation skills with experience providing technical guidance to customers

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, ability to build strong relationships
