What We Are Looking For:

As a Strategy & Planning Intern during Summer 2026, you'll play an important role in supporting the Strategy and Operations team to help drive the commercial organization’s planning, forecasting, and performance initiatives. You will work closely with senior team members and gain hands-on experience with data analysis, business modeling, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. This internship offers the opportunity to learn how strategic decisions are made and executed within a revenue-driven organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in the annual sales planning process, supporting tasks like data gathering, quota mapping, and headcount analysis under the guidance of senior analysts.
  • Help prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews by collecting performance data, ensuring reports are accurate, and consolidating slides and summaries for leadership presentations.
  • Support the annual operating planning process by maintaining documentation, tracking progress, and validating key data points across teams.
  • Contribute to efficiency and process improvement initiatives within Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, identifying opportunities for automation or simplification.
  • Participate in building reports and dashboards (e.g., in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools like Sigma or Salesforce) to enhance visibility into key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Finance, Sales, Strategy) to ensure information alignment and timely communication.
  • Learn best practices in revenue operations, including data integrity, forecasting, and planning cycles.

What You Need:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; exposure to BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Interest in data-driven business strategy and revenue optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
