About the Role

iCapital is seeking a Vice President or Senior Vice President of Platform Sales to drive revenue growth by expanding the use of iCapital’s investment technology solutions among broker-dealers, private banks/wirehouses, and registered investment advisors (RIAs). This individual will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring new clients, increasing iCapital’s presence in the wealth management space, and driving engagement with the firm’s platform for structured products.

This role requires a deep expertise in financial services, in particular structured investments, and a strong track record in new business development. This individual will play a critical role in identifying potential clients, engaging decision-makers, and onboarding new firms.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new clients within the broker-dealer, private bank/wire, and RIA channels through targeted outreach, networking, and industry engagement.
  • Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy focused on expanding iCapital’s market share and increasing platform adoption.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to position iCapital’s structured investment solution as the leading platform.
  • Represent iCapital at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, using thought leadership and market expertise to engage new prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and client services to enhance sales materials and support a seamless onboarding process for new clients.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, preferably focused on structured investments or alternative products
  • Proven success in new client acquisition or financial sales within investment solutions, fintech platforms, or wealth management
  • Strong understanding of alternative investments, structured products, and technology-driven financial solutions
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions, digital wealth platforms, or financial technology products is a plus
  • Holds series 7 and 63 licenses
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is required; MBA or graduate degree is a plus

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $185,000 to $250,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).

We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
