  • Serve as the primary front desk point of contact, welcoming employees, visitors, talent, and guests and coordinating arrivals and deliveries.

  • Coordinate office, kitchen, snack, beverage, coffee, and workplace supply deliveries, inventory, and restocking.

  • Support workplace engagement initiatives, including in-office appreciation activities and off-site events.

  • Coordinate office access, workstations, and key cards for visiting employees and contractors.

  • Maintain a welcoming, polished, and well-organized environment for employees, contractors, talent, coaches, and guests.

Who You Are

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable keeping track of multiple tasks at once.

  • Proactive and dependable, with the ability to prioritize and adapt as needs change throughout the day.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office, production, or studio environment.

  • A clear and thoughtful communicator who keeps the Content Operations and Workplace teams informed of needs or issues.

  • Service-oriented and team-focused, with a positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever support is needed.
