  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through proactive outreach and in-studio engagement
  • Build relationships that drive retention, loyalty, and referrals
  • Serve as the first and lasting impression of NYP
  • Create a welcoming, high-energy, professional front desk experience
  • Anticipate student needs and resolve issues quickly and confidently
  • Execute opening, closing, and front desk procedures accurately
  • Maintain brand standards across cleanliness, merchandising, and studio ambiance
  • Support inventory management, retail restocks, and supply organization
  • Assist with equipment resets and light cleaning between classes
  • Partner with the Studio Team to ensure seamless daily operations and an elevated student experience
What You Bring:
  • 1+ year of customer-facing sales or retail experience (boutique fitness or hospitality preferred)
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, positive, and brand-forward presence
  • Comfortable with POS and studio systems (e.g., Mindbody)
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable, accountable, and solution-oriented
  • Willing to take 4 NYP classes per month to stay connected to the product
  • Able to stand and remain active for 4–6 hours per shift, lift up to 25 lbs occasionally, assist with equipment resets and light cleaning between classes
  • Maintain at least 15 hours/week availability, and work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled by the Studio Manager based on business needs.
Why You’ll Love Working With NYP!
  • Competitive Pay: $17-$24/hour + monthly sales commission, based on years of experience
  • Lifestyle Perks: Complimentary NYP membership, merch discounts, and credits toward continued education for our Online Instructor Training certification
  • Build Something Iconic: We’re building an A+ team and supporting you every step of the way
