Before You Apply
This role is probably a great fit if you:
- Have 1+ year of customer-facing experience in sales, hospitality, retail, boutique fitness, membership sales, or another service-focused environment.
- Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales, conversion, membership, or performance goals.
- Enjoy building relationships and naturally create memorable customer experiences.
- Are confident initiating conversations, recommending memberships and retail products, following up with leads, and asking for the sale.
- Are energized by working toward individual and studio sales goals.
- Are organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
- Communicate confidently and remain calm under pressure.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Can commit to at least 15 hours per week, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This is an active role that requires an on-the-floor presence throughout each shift. Studio Representatives should be able to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Move throughout the studio to greet students, check them in, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Lift and carry up to 20 pounds, including retail inventory, towels, cleaning supplies, and studio equipment.
- Bend, reach, kneel, and perform light cleaning and organizational tasks.
- Maintain a positive, energetic presence in a fast-paced boutique fitness environment.
