Substitute Group Leader - DYCD

Our expert team includes licensed mental health and youth development professionals who fully integrate into the community, providing programs that equip children, families, teachers, and administrators with the right tools for preventing and coping with the challenges they face. Duties and Responsibilities: 
• Supervising and engaging groups of students during program activities
• Supporting behavior management using restorative and positive youth development approaches
• Assisting with attendance, transitions, and activity facilitation
• Building positive relationships with students and staff
• Supporting safe and inclusive program environments

Qualifications: 
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children under 13 preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• DOE and DOH clearance required 

Compensation: 
$20–$25 per hour, commensurate with experience
