We’ll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.

What It’s Like

As an Analytics Intern, you’ll be part of a group that directly impacts how some of the world’s largest brands measure and understand the effectiveness of their out-of-home (OOH) advertising. The Analytics team owns end-to-end measurement for OOH campaigns, from strategic partnerships with leading measurement providers to execution and analysis. You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment filled with curious, innovative problem-solvers who turn complex data into meaningful insights.

What You’ll Do

Throughout the summer, you’ll support key measurement outputs and analytics processes across Demand, Supply, and Media Owner networks. You’ll analyze campaign and measurement data to surface actionable, client-relevant insights while helping troubleshoot and resolve workflow blockers. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world marketing analytics, measurement partners, and client-facing deliverables. Your work will directly contribute to improving reporting quality, operational efficiency, and the overall impact of measurement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile and prepare materials needed to launch measurement studies for DOOH campaigns, partnering closely with third-party measurement providers

  • Use internal tools and raw measurement data to create client-facing reports with clear insights, recommendations, and visualizations

  • Initiate and manage data transfers to measurement partners and clients for offerings such as Device-ID Passback and third-party measurement

  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and troubleshoot measurement-related data issues to support ongoing campaigns and internal teams

What It Takes

Technical Qualifications

  • Experience working with datasets in Excel, including pivot tables and core functions such as IF, SUM, and VLOOKUP

  • Ability to visualize data and build clear, compelling PowerPoint decks

  • Basic SQL knowledge is a plus

  • Comfort troubleshooting technical issues using online resources (e.g., StackExchange, documentation, ChatGPT)

Non-Technical Qualifications

  • Current rising Junior or Senior with an interest in marketing analytics

  • Coursework in advertising, analytics, business, or related fields

  • Presentation experience and comfort presenting insights to different audiences

  • High-level understanding of programmatic advertising (DOOH preferred, digital acceptable)

  • Experience managing small-scale projects from start to finish, such as academic or group projects

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
  • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $26/hour to $47/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on education/STEM vs non-STEM designation.
