Your Role in Our Story: 

In essence, your role involves:

  • Learn the operational side of the transaction process
  • Assist the operations team with timely product delivery to clients and from vendors with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ensure accurate information on every transaction while helping to create management reports
  • Coordinate with the internal credit team to ensure client and vendor account balances are in good standing before deliveries are completed
  • Assist with internal contract generation and external contract review, related to transaction details
  • Monitor & follow up with internal and external parties to ensure contract execution and accuracy
  • Work collaboratively across teams to address evolving needs

 

Your Expertise: 

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Undergraduate currently pursuing a degree with an expected graduation date of December 2026 - June 2027
  • Critical thinker with strong numerical skills who can articulate their thoughts and ideas clearly
  • Strong ability to collaborate with others and comfort building strong working relationships
  • Strong interest in the environmental commodity markets and energy transition, and you bring a proactive, resourceful, and positive attitude as well as a powerful work ethic

Please note: this role is 100% in our NYC office

The hourly pay range for this position is $30-$40; however, hourly pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
