Add a Spark to the OrdinaryWe’re looking for amazing talent to join our team this summer and work on exciting, high-impact projects across the business. Our Summer Internship Program runs for 10 weeks from June 8 through August 14 and is designed to give you real ownership, responsibility, and exposure to how Blank Street operates. You’ll work closely with team members, learn fast, and contribute to projects that actually ship and drive impact.
We’re hiring interns across multiple departments. You’ll be able to indicate your area of interest in the application, and we’ll do our best to match you based on your preferences, skills, and business needs. This internship is fully in-person and based out of our Brooklyn, NY HQ.
Who We’re Looking For- Curious and motivated students who are excited to learn and build

- Support and execute meaningful projects within your assigned team

- Contribute ideas, research, and execution that help move real work forward
- Learn how a fast-growing brand operates from the inside
- Present your work and learnings by the end of the program
- A rising senior currently enrolled in a college or university, or a recent graduate
- Available full-time (40 hours) from June 8 to August 14 (10 weeks)
- Able to work in person from our Brooklyn, NY HQ
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Excited to learn, contribute, and be a part of a team
- $30/hour
