  • You will be paired with a seasoned media professional who will provide direct feedback, career guidance, and a window into the agency life.
  • High-performing interns are our primary pipeline for full-time Associate roles. We support continued growth through our dedicated early-career development initiatives.
What You’ll Do

As a Client Solutions Intern, you support our teams on key initiatives, including:

  • Assist in the development of omnichannel media plans from initial research to final execution, including gathering data from partners and drafting baseline plans.
  • Conduct audience segmentation and market analysis to identify "white space" opportunities for our clients.
  • Help manage campaign setups, creative rotations, and daily delivery checks across platforms like Meta, Google, and various DSPs.
  • Track campaign KPIs and assist in building performance reports; learn to monitor ongoing performance to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Maintain professional rapport with media publishers and assist in collecting necessary information for the planning process.
  • Support the team in managing campaign authorizations, budget tracking, and the reconciliation process to ensure financial accuracy.
  •  Analyze research data and marketing information to help the team issue insightful reports to top-tier clients.

As a Biddable Media Intern, you will support that team on key initiatives including:

  • Assist in the daily tracking of campaign spend across various platforms to ensure projects stay on budget and help identify any pacing discrepancies.
  • Support the launch of paid search initiatives by conducting initial keyword research, drafting creative ad copy, and learning to organize logical ad group structures.
  • Help improve campaign performance through hands-on tasks such as identifying "negative" keywords, performing A/B test data entry, and observing bid adjustments under senior guidance.
  • Gain proficiency in industry-standard tools to help pull KPI reports, organize performance data, and contribute to the development of actionable insights for client reviews.
Who You Are
  • A college junior, senior, or recent graduate (up to six months post-graduation).
  • A student of Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related Business field.
  • A curious communicator with an active interest in the evolving media landscape (CTV, Retail Media, Social Commerce).
  • An analytical thinker who is comfortable with data but has an eye for branding and storytelling.
  • A collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where adaptability is key.
