We are excited to launch our inaugural paid Summer Internship Program, offering Bahamian students the opportunity to gain real-world experience at two of our newest destinations — Celebration Key in Freeport and RelaxAway at Half Moon Cay.
During this program, interns will gain hands-on experience supporting destination operations while developing valuable professional skills, building relationships with experienced leaders and exploring potential career paths within the cruise, hospitality, tourism, technology and engineering industries.

Internship Opportunities
Opportunities may be available in:
Housekeeping
Lifeguard / Aquatics
Cabana Attendant
Guest Services Attendant
Information Technology (IT)
Engineering
Other destination operations based on business needs
Assignments and schedules will vary by location and department. Some positions may have additional qualifications or certifications.
Who We're Looking For
Bahamian residents currently living in The Bahamas
High school seniors graduating prior to the start of the program or currently enrolled college/university students
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
Available for the full internship program (June 14th – August 20th)
Strong communication, teamwork and organizational skills
Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Flexibility to work assigned schedules, including weekends, holidays and varying shifts as required

RelaxAway — Half Moon Cay | Important Requirement
The RelaxAway internship requires students to live on island for the full duration of the program in company-provided housing. Therefore, applicants for RelaxAway at Half Moon Cay must:
Be 18 years of age or older at the start of the program
Be available to reside on island for the full internship
Meet applicable housing and destination requirements
