Supervisor, NOC: Lead the Team That Keeps Our Clients Running

At DYOPATH, we're looking for a Supervisor, Network Operations Center (NOC), who is passionate about developing people, driving operational excellence, and leading through high-impact situations.

This isn't a role where you'll spend all day reviewing tickets and approving schedules.

You'll be entrusted with leading a team of talented engineers, guiding critical incident response efforts, improving processes that directly impact clients, and helping shape the future of our Network Operations Center.

Role Details
  • Title: Supervisor, Network Operations Center
  • Location: Remote
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
  • Availability: Occasional after-hours support for incidents or escalations
  • Travel: Periodic, based on client and business needs
  • Salary Range: $115,000 – $120,000

What the Supervisor, NOC, Will Do

Lead and Develop Your Team

  • Coach, mentor, and support NOC engineers
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance discussions
  • Assist in onboarding and developing technical talent
  • Foster a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and growth

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Oversee day-to-day NOC operations
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Manage workload distribution and team coverage
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

Lead Through Critical Events

  • Act as a primary escalation point for complex issues
  • Coordinate technical resources during major incidents
  • Provide clear communication to clients and leadership
  • Lead post-incident reviews and continuous improvement efforts

Improve and Build

  • Enhance runbooks, processes, and documentation
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
  • Partner with leadership to strengthen operational maturity
  • Help shape the future direction of the NOC
What Makes a Successful Supervisor, NOC at DYOPATH?

 Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of NOC, infrastructure operations, or related IT experience
  • Experience serving in a lead, supervisory, or management capacity
  • Experience managing incidents and escalations
  • Strong understanding of networking, systems, and service operations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences 

Preferred

  • Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment
  • ITIL knowledge or certification
  • Industry certifications such as:
    • CCNA / CCNP
    • Network+
    • ITIL Foundation
    • Azure Network Engineer
    • AWS Networking Certifications
