About the Role
The Supply Chain Associate will lead end-to-end supply chain operations for FullWell – from inventory allocation and freight coordination to partner management and continuous improvement. This role will report to and partner closely with our VP of Operations & E-Commerce. We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable in the data and in the details, proactively identifying risks and driving efficiency so that our products reach the people who need them, when they need them.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, lean environment — someone who uncovers opportunities without being asked, communicates proactively, and brings both analytical rigor and sound judgment to their work. You'll need to be comfortable managing multiple priorities across vendors, platforms, and cross-functional partners, and confident operating independently as part of a small team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory allocation across offsite storage and 3PL, ensure optimal inventory positioning and lot control by sales channel, driven by data.
- Monitor weekly performance to forecast and make data-informed recommendations to mitigate risk and keep inventory aligned with demand.
- Place and manage purchase orders - monitor open orders, maintain relevant documentation and proactively identify and resolve supply chain risks.
- Coordinate freight with co-manufacturers and freight brokers, manage documentation including BOLs, packing slips, and ASNs.
- Oversee label procurement and change management, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and co-manufacturers to meet production timelines.
- Manage third-party fulfillment partners to ensure SLA and SOP compliance and proactively communicate necessary information to ensure smooth and efficient fulfillment operations.
- Proactively drive continuous improvement and business insights through performance reporting, customer analytics, and AI-powered process automation.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in supply and/or inventory planning
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills – advanced Excel, comfort working across multiple data sources and platforms, and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and insights
- Resourceful with new technology, able to figure out unfamiliar systems; EDI experience strongly preferred
- Proactively identifies inefficiencies and gaps in existing processes and follows through on improvements, whether through better workflows, tooling, or automation.
- Strong project management skills – manages cross-functional work in a structured way, tracks timelines, anticipates blockers and drives accountability
- Experience managing external vendor relationships, setting expectations, and holding partners accountable to timelines and quality standards
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, maintaining accuracy and data integrity across multiple priorities
- Ownership mindset, self-starting, comfortable in a fast-paced growth environment, and able to work both independently and in team settings
