The Role:
You'll get to work across our plant operations in a series of three 12 month rotations across 3 years. These are designed to give you breadth and depth of knowledge, exposure to industry experts and develop a whole host of skills including core experiences of food manufacturing and project engineering. You will experience a variety of roles across at least two of our plants in Poland, starting with Bielany Wrocławskie.
First Rotation - Junior Line Technical Leader
More about the role:
  • Supervision and Coordination of Work: Planning, organizing, and supervising preventive maintenance, repair and modernization work.
  • Management of Inspections and Repairs: Ensuring the management of machine and equipment inspections and repairs, including developing plans, preparing materials, and ordering services.
  • Collaboration with External Companies: Supervising external companies, creating requests for offers, evaluating bids, and settling accounts for completed work.
  • PM-SAP Module Support: Preparing work plans, inspection schedules, and assisting in updating the list of machines in the PM-SAP system.
  • Reliability and Safety Analysis: Conducting BDA analyses to maximize equipment reliability, initiating corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety (HSE) and Fire Protection procedures.

Who Are We Looking For?
You are willing to become a future leader within Mondelēz International, and should be comfortable with a varied career track, and expect geographic mobility.
  • A recent graduate (or final-year student) with a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or a related field
  • Fluent in English & Polish,
  • Excited about working in diverse environments and relocating for rotations
  • A problem-solver, communicator, and collaborator
  • Passionate about innovation and sustainability
  • Ready to challenge the status quo and grow into a leadership role
  • Mobility to relocate whilst on the Graduate scheme
