This role reports to the COO

Responsibilities:

  • Develop monthly manufacturing plans as part of the Sales and Operations Planning Process, taking into consideration system capacity constraints and cost targets
  • Determine strategic inventory levels and purchase cadence to balance on-time delivery and working capital objectives
  • Liaise with domestic and international partners to share Blueland’s priorities and ensure timely and accurate product delivery
  • Manage PO issuance and track inbound supplies to manufacturing partners to identify and mitigate delays that could impact finished goods deliveries
  • Manage inventory allocation across warehouses to support sales order processing and liaise with internal finance and accounting teams to ensure product flow is properly captured in NetSuite
  • Maintain item list including internal new item setup

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about the environment, sustainability and Blueland’s mission
  • 5+ years of Supply Chain and/or Planning experience, ideally in the CPG space
  • Proven experience analyzing and resolving inventory-related issues
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented and organized
  • Adaptable/flexible – able to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to turn data into understandable and relevant insights
  • A desire and humility to always improve, learn, and grow
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel is required. Experience with NetSuite is preferred

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year.

We prioritize our planet and our people. In addition to salary compensation, we offer various other benefits to ensure our team members can be their best self, both in and outside of work.
