We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Supply Chain Manager with consumer goods or retail experience to own our supply chain operations and drive continuous improvement. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Planning and partner closely with planning, operations, fulfillment, and leadership to scale supply reliably, maintain inventory health, and help us evolve from manual systems into more scalable tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand / Supply Alignment: Partner with the planning team to convert forecasts into supply plans; manage adjustments and reconciliations.
- Inventory Management & Health: Monitor inventory-to-sales ratios, manage safety stock strategies, reduce stock-outs and overstocks.
- S&OP: Participate in monthly S&OP cycles, scenario planning, risk assessment, and alignment with fulfillment, ops, and finance.
- Dashboard & Reporting: Build and maintain key supply metrics via Power BI + Excel/Google Sheets; make insights actionable.
- System Improvement & Automation: Work within NetSuite (inventory & purchasing modules) and assess where enhancements or complementary systems are needed.
- Process & Efficiency: Identify bottlenecks, lead initiatives to automate or streamline processes, reduce manual workload.
- Team & Role Clarity: Help define roles & responsibilities within supply chain / operations so each person can own critical areas.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in supply chain, operations, or logistics roles (experience in consumer goods, food, or retail strongly preferred)
- Experience with ERP system (NetSuite preferred experience with inventory, purchase orders, supply modules)
- Deep experience managing inventory and supply planning
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (modeling, scenario analysis, pivots)
- Power BI (or equivalent BI tool) experience in dashboarding and data visualization
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with imperfect data and driving improvement
- Excellent communicator: able to translate supply insights to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Experience defining processes, driving standardization, and building scalable workflows
Salary: $100,000-120,000 (Final compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, and overall fit)
Location: Remote or Hybrid, Utah preferred
