Location: New York, NY. Hybrid: 1 day remote, 4 days in office per week.
Compensation: Competitive base + discretionary bonus

As we scale SKUs, markets, and launch cadence, tight coordination across planning, production, freight, and inventory becomes make-or-break. You’ll own execution from the factory floor to the final warehouse—driving the rhythm that keeps Raycon in stock and moving.
You'd be a fit if:

  • Have 5+ years experience in supply chain, including overseas sourcing, manufacturing, freight and inventory management
  • Know how to manage PO execution, factory timelines, and freight partners
  • Are analytical and comfortable owning freight budgets and cost tradeoffs
  • Can keep things moving without micromanagement or delay
  • Operate with urgency, clarity, and a bias toward action
  • Work well with ambiguity, but push for systems and discipline
Key Responsibilities:
  • S&OP Execution: Lead monthly execution cycles. Turn forecasts into purchase orders and ensure readiness across teams.
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage overseas vendors to hit production timelines. Flag risks early and resolve proactively.
  • COGS Negotiation: Push for quarterly product cost improvements, driven by component and production consolidations and volume discounts
  • Freight & Logistics: Own international freight flows. Balance transit speed, delivery performance, and cost efficiency across ocean, air, and parcel.
  • Inventory Health: Maintain strong in-stock performance while minimizing excess. Monitor KPIs by SKU, region, and channel.
  • Systems & Reporting: Build and maintain reporting tools that drive accountability and visibility across supply chain operations.

Raycon is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills. This role is also eligible for bonus compensation and employee benefits.

NYC Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 USD
