  • Integrate behavioral insights, data, and channel strategy into holistic experience design

Pitch Strategy & Presentation Leadership

  • Serve as a core engagement strategy presenter during pitches and workshops, articulating strategic choices with clarity and authority
  • Tell the engagement story in a way that is crisp, compelling, and tailored to prospective client challenges and opportunities

  • Stay ahead of healthcare, digital, and omnichannel experience trends to shape BGB’s new business strategy and capabilities
  • Bring innovative thinking to channel strategy, data-driven engagement, CRM/precision marketing, and emerging CX technologies

Practice Leadership & Team Development

  • Mentor and guide the engagement strategy team, fostering excellence in experience design, omnichannel planning, and insight-driven strategic thinking
  • Develop and evolve BGB’s engagement strategy tools, frameworks, methodologies, and pitch processes
  • Contribute to expanding CX/engagement strategy capabilities across the agency

Growth Partnership

  • Play a pivotal role in RFP responses, pitch strategy, and new business planning
  • Help BGB evolve its positioning and capabilities in ways that support long-term agency growth

Leadership

  • Proven ability to lead teams, mentor talent, and drive strategic excellence in fast-paced, high-stakes environments

Communication Excellence

  • Outstanding presentation, communication, and storytelling skills—especially within pitch and executive client settings
