Position Summary
We’re seeking a visionary Senior Vice President (SVP) of Infrastructure & Operations to lead the global strategy and execution of our enterprise technology function. As a core member of the IT leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance, scalability, and security of our global infrastructure—spanning cloud environments, data centers, networks, end-user computing, and service delivery. This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation and modernization while connecting and integrating approximately 300 offices worldwide into a world class digital workplace.
The SVP will lead a high-performing team and play a critical role in delivering a resilient, modern IT backbone that powers the company's enterprise systems and operational excellence. This role also oversees operational governance, service delivery, and maximizing the return on infrastructure investments.
This role can be based in St. Louis, MO / New York, NY / Boston, MA.
Primary Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise infrastructure and operations strategy in alignment with business and technology goals.
- Provide leadership and oversight of infrastructure services, including cloud and on-premise compute, storage, network architecture, disaster recovery, and service desk operations.
- Drive modernization initiatives including cloud migration, automation, zero trust security models, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Establish and enforce operational standards, service-level agreements (SLAs), and performance metrics to ensure availability, resilience, and scalability.
- Oversee 24/7 support operations, incident management, and response plans to minimize business disruption.
- Partner closely with the CISO and application teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with security and compliance requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team across infrastructure, operations, and support functions.
- Continuously assess emerging technologies, market trends, and best practices to strengthen the IT infrastructure footprint.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with at least 8 years in a senior infrastructure or operations leadership role.
- Deep expertise in infrastructure design and operations across hybrid cloud, networking, server/storage, virtualization, and desktop technologies.
- Proven experience leading large-scale cloud migrations (AWS, Azure), data center consolidations, or infrastructure transformations.
- Experience implementing ITIL practices and managing service operations in an enterprise environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $250,000- $275,000 Base Salary Compensation Range. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
