Role & Responsibilities
Location: New York City (Hybrid) 

The SVP, Revenue will serve as a front-facing leader and senior operator across VideoAmp’s buy side client partnerships. This role blends strategic vision, deal-making expertise, operational rigor, and mentorship to drive growth and accelerate adoption of VideoAmp’s measurement and currency solutions. This role will focus on driving incremental revenue across VideoAmp’s Buy Side business by leveraging senior level relationships across the industry. This role will report to the CRO (Chief Revenue Officer) and will oversee all of VideoAmp’s Buy Side business from large holdco’s to independent agencies and will be responsible for leading a team of exceptional sellers and leaders at VideoAmp.  

The ideal candidate will have extensive Buy side experience, excellent market reputation, exceptional sales and leadership skills, and have a deep passion for technology and market based currency and measurement solutions. This individual is a combination of high EIQ and also high technical acumen with an understanding of measurement technologies, technical implementation, AI based strategies, and closing skills.    

  • Drive double-digit revenue growth through leadership of enterprise-level, long-cycle deals with agencies, holding companies, and advertisers.
  • Build and execute strategies across the buy side, balancing immediate revenue goals with long-term client growth.
  • Serve as a key spokesperson and industry thought leader - comfortable with public speaking, panels, and representing VideoAmp with credibility in the market.
  • Leverage an extensive network of relationships to expand VideoAmp’s footprint.
  • Own and oversee deal execution from start to finish driving exceptional results: pipeline development, client strategy, negotiation, contracting, and ongoing partnership management.
  • Partner with legal on IOs, MSAs, and contracting strategies, ensuring VideoAmp differentiates itself in structure and value.
  • Translate complex measurement, attribution, and currency solutions into clear value propositions tailored to executive stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Data Science, Strategy, Legal, and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery and adoption.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the Revenue team, setting a standard for excellence, accountability, and professional development.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving client needs to inform VideoAmp’s go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications
  • Based in NYC
  • 15+ years of experience in media, ad tech, or data-driven technology sales with deep expertise in measurement, attribution, and/or currency.
  • Proven ability to build and close large-scale, enterprise-level deals with global brands, agencies, and holding companies.
  • Exceptional rolodex of senior client relationships across HoldCos, Agencies, Publishers and Brands.
  • Comfortable serving as a public-facing executive, with experience in thought leadership, panels, and client-facing presentations.
  • Deep understanding of advertising economics, investment models, and the evolution of media measurement.
  • Strong operational and strategic acumen - able to design and execute GTM strategies across both immediate and long-term horizons.
  • Skilled in complex contract negotiations, including MSAs and IOs, working hand-in-hand with legal teams.
  • A collaborative, mentorship-focused leader who can inspire teams while rolling up their sleeves when necessary.
  • Technically savvy, with the ability to understand, explain, and sell advanced measurement and attribution solutions.
  • Track record of exceeding revenue goals and driving transformation in high-growth environments.

What We Offer

This position pays between $222,000 - $270,000 + 100% Commission Variable + Equity + Benefits. The actual compensation offer will be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, and experience.
