Job Summary
Reporting to the EVP President of Business Services, the SVP Business Operations - B2B is a critical role involving day-to-day partnership with senior leaders within the B2B segment and cross functional colleagues throughout the organization. This role will have responsibility for the strategy and execution of sales operations, partnering with sales leadership team to drive profitable revenue and subscriber growth. The position requires strong business, financial, operational and program management acumen. This role will also drive accountability and prioritization to ensure we are focused on high impact areas that yield business performance.
Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving strategic business initiatives across the B2B sales organization that are in support of our strategy and business performance expectations
  • Lead the coordination and facilitation of Business Services Management meetings, planning calendar, and driving accountability and progress through strategic agendas and follow ups
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing and other cross functional units to ensure we translate business needs into prioritized actions, KPIs and execution of plans
  • Lead the preparation of materials for operational and quarterly business reviews
  • Create a sales operations roadmap in partnership with key cross functional leaders to ensure our infrastructure, tools, processes evolve to deliver a positive sales and customer experience
  • Lead strategy for resource management to ensure we operate as efficiently and effectively as possible in support of our revenue and performance targets in partnership with HR and Finance
  • Lead sales readiness and change management plans for key business initiatives ensuring our sales teams are fully equipped to generate profitable sales and a great customer experience
  • Establish a culture of action, urgency, and discipline, with continuous data-driven decision making and performance measurement
  • Cultivate a high-performing and winning sales culture that motivates and inspires large teams to exceed business objectives. Provide strategic direction to capitalize on market opportunities and grow market-share.
  • Responsible for strategies to drive sales order completion and team engagement within the business services organization
  • Be transformation oriented with a strong sense of urgency, perseverance and open mindedness to lead and drive change.
  • Responsible for leading the sales enablement strategy to ensure our sales team is prepared, motivated and engaged to drive the highest levels of performance.
  • Strong cross functional collaboration and can build a culture of high trust and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10+ years of sales operations and/or business performance transformation (within Telecom industry) with a proven track record of consistent delivery against business plans and targets
  • Ability to regularly be present in Altice USA Headquarters in Long Island City, NY, while also regularly being present in the Optimum field across 21 states
  • Strong stakeholder partnership across key leadership roles including but not limited to regional engagement, field operations, product, marketing, go-to-market strategy and CX
  • Strong project-reporting skills, with a focus on cross-functional communications as well as to executive leadership
  • P&L leadership and mindset with a strong track record of growth
  • Proven experience building a culture of data-driven decision-making, action, and delivery
  • Experience managing across a diverse and highly distributed footprint strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to collaborate across technology, operations, and marketing teams to optimize and expand product offerings and solutions while driving growth and delivering of customer promise
  • Proven executive presence, strategic capabilities, effective collaborator, and superior influencing skills
  • Demonstrated experience developing and providing sound, data-driven guidance and decisions to senior business leadership on sales strategies and performance
  • Demonstrates influential leadership with authentic motivation capabilities, and proven ability to successfully manage through transformation and change and drive accountability.

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $242,760.00 - $346,800.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
