JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX is seeking a transformational revenue leader to serve as Senior Vice President, Creator Partnerships. This executive will be responsible for connecting the innovation of Fox Creator Studios with the scale and commercial power of FOX Advertising Sales.

As the strategic bridge between creator-led content, talent, and advertisers, this leader will develop monetization strategies that transform creator IP into scalable advertising, partnership, licensing, and franchise opportunities. The SVP will help position FOX at the forefront of the creator economy by building repeatable commercial products, enabling sales adoption, and driving meaningful incremental revenue across the portfolio.

This role requires a unique blend of creator economy expertise, advanced advertising sales leadership, partnership development, and cross-platform monetization experience.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial Strategy & Revenue Innovation

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Fox Creator Studios in partnership with Ad Sales leadership.

  • Transform creator-led content, talent, and intellectual property into scalable, marketable revenue solutions.

  • Build repeatable partnership frameworks that allow creator opportunities to be sold efficiently across the FOX sales organization.

  • Identify emerging monetization opportunities across advertising, sponsorships, licensing, commerce, retail, experiential activations, and franchise extensions.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on creator economy trends, marketplace opportunities, and revenue innovation.

Sales Integration & Partnership Development

  • Act as the primary liaison between Fox Creator Studios and the broader Advertising Sales organization.

  • Partner with National Sales leadership on key accounts, agency relationships, upfront strategies, and high-value negotiations.

  • Drive adoption of creator-led solutions across the sales organization through education, training, and sales enablement.

  • Lead the development and closure of flagship creator partnership deals that demonstrate the power and scalability of the Creator Studios model.

  • Expand creator opportunities across linear, digital, social, streaming, live events, and experiential platforms.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Industry Positioning

  • Define and evolve FOX’s marketplace narrative around creator partnerships and creator-led IP.

  • Develop compelling sales materials, case studies, measurement frameworks, and thought leadership initiatives.

  • Partner with Marketing and Research to create industry-leading insights that strengthen FOX’s position with advertisers and agencies.

  • Shift marketplace conversations from short-term campaigns toward long-term franchise and ecosystem partnerships.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with Creator Studios leadership on talent strategy, content development, and franchise growth.

  • Partner with Brand Partnerships, Marketing, Research, Product, and Sales teams to ensure creator initiatives deliver both audience value and advertiser impact.

  • Foster alignment across internal stakeholders while maintaining authenticity and credibility with creators and talent partners.

  • Operate as a player-coach, balancing strategic leadership with direct involvement in high-priority opportunities.

Measurement, Analytics & Business Performance

  • Establish clear KPIs and ROI frameworks for creator partnerships and branded integrations.

  • Partner with research, analytics, and data teams to measure effectiveness and optimize future investments.

  • Ensure strong financial discipline, margin management, and long-term scalability of creator-led revenue streams.

  • Build reporting mechanisms that demonstrate incremental revenue contribution and business impact.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • 15+ years of experience in advertising sales, advanced partnerships, media monetization, creator economy, or related commercial leadership roles.

  • Proven success building and scaling high-growth revenue businesses within media, entertainment, digital platforms, or creator ecosystems.

  • Deep understanding of creator-led content, social platforms, branded content, influencer marketing, and IP monetization.

  • Demonstrated experience managing large agency relationships and negotiating complex, multi-platform partnerships.

  • Strong track record developing new commercial products and transforming emerging opportunities into scalable revenue streams.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing large matrixed organizations.

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite clients, agency leadership, creators, and internal stakeholders.

  • Experience managing significant revenue portfolios and delivering consistent business growth.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Creator economy, digital-first media, or YouTube ecosystem experience.

  • Experience monetizing entertainment franchises, creator IP, or talent-led brands.

  • Expertise across advertising, sponsorship, branded content, licensing, commerce, retail, and experiential partnerships.

  • Background developing thought leadership, market insights, and measurement frameworks that drive advertiser adoption.

  • Familiarity with audience analytics, attribution, performance measurement, and partnership effectiveness studies.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $321,500.00-450,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
