Summary:

The Senior Vice President, Technology Integration & Infrastructure is responsible for leading enterprise-wide technology integration, infrastructure operations, and end-user services, with a primary focus on supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A), real estate initiatives, and business technology alignment.

This role oversees the full lifecycle of technology due diligence, integration execution, and infrastructure deployment, ensuring consistent, scalable, and cost-effective technology environments across the organization.

The position operates in close partnership with Corporate Development, business leadership, and Procurement to align technology strategy with business priorities and drive efficient integration of acquired entities.


Key Responsibilities:

M&A Technology Due Diligence

  • Lead all technology due diligence activities for acquisitions and divestitures
  • Evaluate infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and vendor environments
  • Develop integration cost estimates, risk assessments, and transition timelines
  • Partner with Corporate Development and Finance to support deal evaluation

Technology Integration Execution

  • Oversee execution of Day 1 and Day 2 technology integration activities
  • Manage identity, endpoint, collaboration, and infrastructure transitions
  • Ensure business continuity and minimal disruption during integrations
  • Establish and maintain standardized integration playbooks and processes

Infrastructure & End User Services

  • Lead enterprise infrastructure operations, including:
    • Cloud, network, and identity services
    • End user computing and device management
    • Service Desk and field support functions
  • Drive standardization, scalability, and operational efficiency across all environments

Business Technology Integration & Rationalization

  • Partner with business leaders to assess and rationalize technology platforms
  • Align acquired systems to enterprise standards and architecture
  • Collaborate with Procurement to consolidate vendors and optimize spend
  • Support integration of core business applications and productivity tools

Office Build-Outs, Moves, and Closures

  • Oversee all technology aspects of real estate initiatives, including:
    • New office build-outs
    • Office relocations
    • Office closures and consolidations
  • Ensure readiness of network, devices, conferencing, and security systems
  • Coordinate with Facilities, vendors, and internal stakeholders

Vendor & Real Estate Technology Management

  • Manage relationships with infrastructure-related vendors, including:
    • Telecom and internet service providers
    • Low-voltage and cabling vendors
    • Audio/visual and office technology providers
  • Partner with Procurement to standardize vendor selection and improve performance

Program Management & Governance

  • Establish governance frameworks for integration and infrastructure initiatives
  • Monitor project timelines, risks, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, business units, and external partners
  • Support reporting and alignment with enterprise value realization goals

Organizational Relationships:

Direct Reports (anticipated):

  • SVP, Technology M&A
  • Infrastructure & End User Services leadership (including Service Desk)
  • Integration program managers (as applicable)

Key Internal Partnerships:

  • Corporate Development / M&A leadership (dotted-line alignment)
  • Business unit leadership across all divisions
  • IT Commercial Management / Procurement
  • Enterprise Technology leadership, including:
    • Business Technology & Innovation
    • AI Platform & Automation
    • Information Security

Qualifications:

Required

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology leadership
  • Demonstrated experience leading:
    • M&A technology due diligence and integrations
    • Infrastructure and end-user computing environments at scale
  • Experience supporting multi-site organizations and complex real estate environments
  • Strong vendor management and contract optimization experience
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments

Preferred

  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries
  • Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and modern workplace technologies
  • Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth organizations

What We Offer:
We're proud to offer a competitive salary, PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, and more. The base salary range for this position is $135,000 – $200,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
