About the Role
As part of a dynamic team, the IT Business Solutions team is seeking a Systems Administrator who could provide ongoing cross-functional support for financial systems. You will be a problem solver and collaborate with various business units, and leverage both internal and external IT teams to resolve application related issues as they arise. This involves troubleshooting systems issues, identifying solutions, maintaining data integrity, and identifying ways to streamline processes to improve quality and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Report to and assist the Manager, ERP Systems to research, diagnose and resolve issues collaborating with business team members and 3rd party/vendor support
- Responsible for incident management and drive for resolutions with the help of both internal and external support teams
- Monitor system operational activities, logs and mitigate errors
- Responsible for monitoring and maintenance of various data points and integrations
- Responsible for administrative activities including provisioning and de-provisioning of applications
- Collaborate, implement and drive the best practices on all system maintenance activities and documentation needed to keep the system "audit ready"
- Ensure controls are in place and followed to reduce risk and maintain compliance
- Maintain a personal dedication on resolving system issues by providing excellent service and keeping high integrity
- Coordinate upgrades, continuous enhancements and promote system integrity with end-users
Skills & Qualifications
- B.S in technology, system operations or related disciplines
- At least 5 years experience working in SaaS applications as a frontline support individual, including experience with some or all of: NetSuite, Blackline, Ramp, Gappify and Strongpoint, and Workday (expenses)
- At least 5 years experience in supporting ERP and related applications
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Able to work on deadlines to meet both business and technical demands
- Strong troubleshooting and triaging skills
- Would consider if you were a power user in finance and accounting and now would like to step into system administration and analysis

The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. $96,000.00 - $154,000.00
New York Office:
$88,000.00 - $141,000.00
Santa Monica Office:
$80,000.00 - $128,000.00
Other Office Locations:
$72,000.00 - $115,000.00
