Key Responsibilities
- Planning at the system level: development scope, task definition and assignment, schedule, and deliverables.
- Analyzing and define system-level requirements, inputting system-level requirements to subsystems, and support for requirement decomposition at subsystem-level.
- Providing system-level requirements to the system-level verification team and reviewing the verification methods/scenarios.
- Designing the optimal system architecture to meet customer requirements.
- Driving the breakdown and planning of system activities within the project.
- Estimating the effort/expense cost for system activities.
- Coordinating all system implementations, including safety and security.
- Analyzing change requests from a system perspective.
- Reporting system development progress and related quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Leading customer interactions at system-level.
- Participating in and leading design reviews.
Requirements
- Advanced competency in the practice of Systems Engineering based on ISO/IEC 15288.
- Knowledge of automotive standards such as ISO 26262, ISO 21434, and ASPICE.
- Technical experience and knowledge in system design, preferably with experience in the automotive industry.
- Communication skills, including Coaching.
- Leadership skills, such as team management and coordinating cross-functional team activities.
- Technical understanding in the software, electrical, mechanical, and verification/validation fields.
- Understanding of requirements engineering and system design.
- Ability to lead technical discussions.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in defect analysis and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in development processes and analysis methods such as FMEA, FTA, and DRBFM.

Education, Qualifications, and Experiences
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in product development with ASIL-B or higher.
- 3+ years of practical experience in system design for AD/ADAS systems.
- 3+ years of practical experience in defining system and software requirements.
