In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA), we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability.
We are seeking a Systems Engineering - Integration and Test (SEIT) Lead to work as part of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team to design, integrate, debug, and test next generation EW systems. Focused on delivering innovative Electronic Warfare (EW) solutions, individual technical contributions on a related range of Programs will include system development, requirements development, integration & test, and test planning and execution in a field deployment environment. Responsibilities would also include functional management of a small team of systems engineers.
In this Role you will:
  • Leading a medium size team of Systems Engineers on EW related programs
  • Managing all system engineering content and work products implementing the product development process
  • Manage Cost and Schedule responsibilities for the systems team
  • Execute of systems planning and requirements development
  • Create and review of systems requirements to include, software, component, subsystem, and operational concepts
  • Allocate of requirements to engineering other disciplines
  • Creating system test plans, procedures and reports
  • Provide oversight to product design, development, integration, and verification
  • Develop and maintain external relationship with customers, other contractors and government officials.
  • Manage and participate in trade studies, peer reviews, and customer meetings
  • Preparing and delivering technical presentations internally and with customers.
  • Monitor and report metrics such as System Technical Performance Measures
  • Supports proposal development activities, including proposal text development, cost and schedule estimating, and presentation activities.
  • Managing a small functional team of systems engineers.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • BS degree in a STEM field in addition to 10+ years of relevant industry or equivalent
  • Possess an active Secret security clearance (with ability to possess a Top Secret clearance in the future)
  • Leadership skills and experience directing and mentoring engineers on complex programs
  • Expert in effectively documenting, communicating, leading and working with a team on designs, results, reports, and presentations.
  • Experience performing systems engineering activities across the development cycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test)
  • Experience developing viable concept solutions, identifying and tracking technical risks, and leading technical teams
  • EVMS certification and CAM experienced required

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Project/Program team member responsible for workflow, which is dynamic in nature.
  • Experience with EW, Radar and/or RFCM Systems
  • Experience with technical performance measurements and cost account management.
  • Model based systems engineering experience with tools such as MagicDraw.
  • Familiarity or experience with Agile Systems Engineering
  • Active Top Secret (TS) or TS/SCI security clearance
  • Experience in managing and mentoring engineers.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
