Job Description

Summary

Our client is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Technology Recruiter to join their team, a well established Software Services Company based in NYC!

As a Technology Recruiter, this person will ensure that the Corporate Technology Sector is positioned to attract, source and recruit the best talent, both internally and externally. The primary responsibilities include staffing the business with quality level hires, understanding the business needs and partnering with the hiring managers to fully understand the staffing requirements for the business. 

 Responsibilities

Manage and build the campus recruitment programs

Full cycle recruiting: responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of technical positions, including software developers, client delivery managers, technical trainers, etc.

Participate in project, global recruitment initiatives

Maintain company's applicant tracking system

Qualifications

Candidates should preferably have a bachelor’s degree, and 1-3 years of hands-on technical and/or financial services recruiting experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. College recruiting strongly preferred.

MS Office Required

Proven candidate will have good sourcing and relationship building skills. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Effective oral and written communication skills. General knowledge of various employment laws and practices. Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills. Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Skills in database management and record keeping. Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work. Excellent organizational skills. Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Gather and analyze information
