Role Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Partner develops and executes recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals. Acting as a strategic advisor, the specialist provides market insights, guides selection processes, and ensures effective hiring outcomes. By using data-driven methods and proactive talent pipelining, the role focuses on attracting and retaining top talent for senior and specialized positions. Additionally, it involves mentoring recruitment team members, enhancing hiring manager skills, and improving the candidate experience.

What you can expect:
  • Execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand departmental goals, workforce needs, and role requirements, providing expert guidance on talent market insights and best practices.
  • Lead sourcing, screening, and selection of top talent across a variety of functions, with a strong focus on senior leadership and specialized roles.
  • Leverage data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in recruitment effectiveness, ensuring efficiency, quality of hire, and reduced time-to-fill.
  • Develop and maintain a proactive talent pipeline through market mapping, relationship management, and engagement with passive candidates.
  • Champion the candidate experience, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a seamless recruitment journey.
  • Monitor industry and competitor trends to inform hiring strategies and maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on senior-level recruitment.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Deep understanding of the iGaming or tech industry and its respective talent landscape.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing and assessing candidates across various roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and sourcing platforms.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
