Position OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment activities in support of organizational staffing objectives, including candidate and manager relationship management, based on Compassion, Trust, Respect, Teamwork, and Innovation. This role is accountable for meeting recruitment goals by identifying, sourcing, and screening talented, qualified, and diverse candidates, while ensuring candidates move through the selection process quickly and have an outstanding experience. Being knowledgeable and supportive during the background check process to help build strong connections with the Talent Acquisition Coordinating team ensures candidates have elevated experiences, which differentiates UHS from its competitors. Extensive collaboration with HRBPs, Total Rewards, Talent Development, and HR Shared Services is a must to elevate the entire HR experience. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will have a strong understanding of the designated service line and act as a Talent Advisor and team member to the business, creating seamless relationships with the ability to build trust at all levels.

Minimum Required:

  • Associate's degree
  • OR
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 4 years of human resources, recruitment, or related experience

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Two (2) years of previous recruitment experience in healthcare
  • Workday Experience

License/Certification:

Preferred:

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certificate or equivalent
