Job Description

Position Description:

This role will work cross-functionally with internal departments, candidates and external resources to supply talent to meet rapidly growing business needs. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. You should also be able to develop and attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, online recruitment tools and employee referral programs. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy and execute on this strategy
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to lead recruitment process for active open positions
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Post, update and ensure consistency of all internal and external job postings.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and source and recruit candidates by using company websites, databases, social media posts, appropriate job board, online recruitment resources, newspapers, etc.
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews to filter candidates within schedule
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Conduct high volume full-cycle recruitment activities to ensure successful Talent Acquisition from a technical and cultural perspective
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting with community services, colleges, employment agencies, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
  • Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
  • Stay abreast of current legislation and policy changes to ensure recruiting activities follow all processes and procedures outlined by Federal, State, and Local employment law.
  • Facilitate post-offer process with employees once offer has been accepted.
  • Conduct on-boarding and orientation with new hires.
  • Administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

Experience & Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of progressive recruitment experience in a high volume recruitment environment (agency recruiting experience is a plus)
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software(ATS), as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques using social media and experience using LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook to identify and engage talent
  • Strong (and current) knowledge of all laws and regulations pertaining to employment and equal opportunity.
  • A strong sense of urgency and the ability to work in an environment with time sensitive deadlines.
  • College recruiting experience desirable.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English is a MUST

 

Education & Skills:

  • Bachelor degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·         Strong organizational, time management, planning and problem solving skills

·         Professional in HR Certificate is a plus

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint)
