The Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional who thrives on finding exceptional people before they find us — someone energised by building diverse, high-quality talent pipelines and creating meaningful connections across functions and geographies. In this role, you’ll go far beyond inbound screening. You’ll take full ownership of sourcing strategy, market intelligence, and candidate engagement — identifying, attracting, and nurturing top talent who will shape the future of Neural Concept.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with hiring managers across all functions and geographies, helping them find the right people while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Be a true hiring partner. Build deep, trust-based relationships with hiring managers to understand team dynamics, anticipate headcount needs before they become urgent, and co-create clear, realistic role profiles from the start.
Source with intent. Design and execute proactive, multi-channel sourcing strategies — leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Kaggle, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, and niche technical communities — to reach talent that others miss.
Think long-term. Identify and engage passive candidates well before a role opens. Build genuine relationships, not just pipelines — so when the right moment comes, the right person is already warm.
Stay ahead of the market. Continuously map talent landscapes across geographies and functions, tracking competitor movements and emerging talent clusters to give hiring teams an informed edge.
Build pipelines that last. Develop and maintain structured, diverse talent pools by skillset, function, and location — with the rigour and data quality that makes them actually useful.
Measure and improve. Use sourcing analytics and recruitment data to track what's working, spot bottlenecks early, and proactively course-correct — before a slow pipeline becomes a missed hire.
