As our first US Bay Area-based Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be instrumental in scaling our presence and building out our team in the region.
We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and lead full-cycle recruitment processes across the Bay Area.
Responsibilities- Proactively source and headhunt top-tier talent across multiple channels including LinkedIn, industry communities, and niche technical networks, building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for a range of engineering and go-to-market functions
- Independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes from initial sourcing through job closing
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team dynamics, role requirements, and cultural fit criteria, while designing and refining compelling job descriptions
- Conduct comprehensive and in-depth HR interviews, assessing both technical capabilities and cultural alignment, and write detailed summaries with actionable feedback for hiring managers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience throughout the hiring journey
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a tech company, hiring for both technical and go-to-market roles
- In-depth knowledge of California employment law and regulations
- Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools
- Proven track record of market knowledge and industry expertise in the Bay Area tech ecosystem
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly independent with strong time-management skills and a track record of meeting hiring targets
- This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco , with onsite presence expected 2-3 times per week and as business needs require
