What You'll Do
In this role, you'll report directly to our Head of Talent and Employee Engagement (TEE), supporting the planning and execution of a wide range of high-visibility people initiatives. The Talent and Employee Engagement team leads programs across several core focus areas-talent management, learning and development (L&D), inclusion and belonging (I&B), and employee experience-all designed to support employee growth and engagement across the company. You'll work closely with each member of the TEE team to help coordinate and deliver these initiatives, providing essential programmatic and project management support across the team's work. What You'll Do

The Talent and Employee Engagement team leads programs across several core focus areas-talent management, learning and development (L&D), inclusion and belonging (I&B), and employee experience-all designed to support employee growth and engagement across the company. You'll work closely with each member of the TEE team to help coordinate and deliver these initiatives, providing essential programmatic and project management support across the team's work. Your day-to-day will include:
- Team Coordination and Operations: Partner with TEE team leads to coordinate and project manage the operational details that support the team's work across all of our core focus areas-talent management, L&D, I&B, and employee experience. This includes calendaring, documentation (e.g., People Hub articles), participant and vendor coordination, budget tracking, and internal communications.
- Company-Wide Programs: Lead the execution of critical company-wide programs including compliance training, Day 1 onboarding facilitation, and employee recognition programs such as peer bonuses, values awards, employee anniversaries, and company swag distribution.
- Event Planning and Execution: Partner closely with our Office Operations team to plan and execute in-person events in the NY office, including Employee Resource Group events, company-wide mission-aligned programming, and annual all-employee Midyear Meetups
- Systems & Program Analytics: Support the configuration and administration of key team systems by conducting testing, quality checks, and reporting and analyses. This includes systems supporting initiatives such as our annual engagement survey, performance management processes, and our learning management system (LMS).
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with leaders and teams across the organization, building strong working relationships to support the successful delivery of shared goals within all of our people initiatives.

- You have 3+ years of experience in a People role or a related position with a focus on program coordination, project management, administration, or operations
- You have an interest in and passion for the talent space and specifically our team's core focus areas-talent management, L&D, I&B, and employee experience
- You care deeply about creating an inclusive employee experience and supporting initiatives that strengthen engagement and belonging across the organization
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy
- You are proactive and resourceful, with a self-starter mindset and a willingness to jump in, solve problems, and learn quickly
- You are a professional and thoughtful communicator who can represent the team effectively while supporting high-visibility, high-impact initiatives
