We operate with speed, autonomy, creativity, and the conviction that exceptional people are the engine of every breakthrough at Via.

About the Role:

  • Own the full hiring strategy and recruitment process for your global teams, from defining ideal, target profiles to building the plan for how we engage and evaluate top talent

  • Build and maintain efficient and high-quality candidate pipelines through sourcing, scheduling, and interviewing; ensure Via’s future people needs are met
  • Run fast, thoughtful, and innovative recruiting processes that give candidates a high touch interview experience
  • Look for patterns, insights, and opportunities to improve how we hire; analyze pipeline trends and share actionable recommendations with hiring teams

About You:

  • Naturally curious and always learning; you want to understand the why behind decisions and enjoy contributing ideas, not just executing on a problem
  • Steady, optimistic, and solution-oriented in every situation; we are Via’s culture carriers and external ambassadors with candidates
  • Energized by ambiguous, complex challenges that require good judgment and thoughtful problem-solving; responsive and comfortable navigating evolving business needs and priorities

Compensation and Benefits

  • Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills. Salary reflected does not include equity or variable pay, where applicable
  • Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000

There has never been a more exciting time to be on the cutting edge of public mobility. Ready to join the ride?
