Talent Brand Specialist

Why We Have This Role

This role is integral in turning “just” jobs into an unforgettable employee experience. You will be on the front lines, curating high-impact moments—from exclusive fireside chats with senior leaders to on-trend social content to moments of surprise & delight for candidates and employees —all that build deep connection, trust, and belonging across our global workforce and market. Working closely within our team and our partner teams of Corporate Social Media, Internal Comms, and Inclusion Council, your efforts will directly shape our internal culture and transform our external reputation, making us the top destination for talent. If you want to own programs and see your creative ideas come to life, this is where you start your career.

How You’ll Find Success

  • The right person will get excited by these behaviors and say, “Wow, that sounds like what I like to do!”
    • Takes Entrepreneurial Initiative: Understands the desired outcome (e.g., higher attendance at a fireside chat) and works proactively to make it happen, leveraging their resources and partnerships without needing constant oversight.
    • Highly Organized & Meticulous: Can flawlessly manage the logistics, scheduling, and promotion of multiple simultaneous programs (chats, marketing activations, content schedules) ensuring a professional and timely execution.
    • Creative Storyteller & Editor: Has a natural flair for compelling narrative, can turn raw employee experiences into polished, engaging content for internal and external channels, and is comfortable with basic content editing.
    • Influences with Energy: Builds quick trust and rapport, especially with employees and senior leaders, to source stories and ensure program visibility, making them want to participate and advocate for the company.
    • Seeks Continuous Improvement: Approaches existing programs not just to maintain them, but to immediately find innovative, value-add, and strategic ways to make them better, more vulnerable, and more connected.

How You’ll Grow

  • Executive Visibility & Coaching: You will build a strong network by directly sourcing and prepping our most senior leaders for key internal events, learning how executives communicate and what drives organizational transparency.
  • Mastering the Mix: You will gain real-world experience in the full communications spectrum: from internal event coordination and strategic grassroots marketing to cutting-edge external employer branding content (including the application of AI in content strategy).
  • Strategic Program Ownership: You will be given ownership of high-impact programs, allowing you to move from pure coordination to strategic innovation, building out new frameworks for content and experience delivery.
  • Deepening Belonging Expertise: You will be responsible for creating a strategy to embed Q Group storytelling into the employee experience, honing your skills in inclusive communication and corporate belonging strategy and furthering the feeling of belonging for our employees

Things You’ll Do

  • Scale High-Visibility Programming: Increase employee engagement by coordinating our fireside chat series OFFLINE, including sourcing senior leader participants, managing logistics, collaborating with Comms to promote, and driving high attendance.
  • Transform Employer Brand Content: Support the integration of AI-driven strategy into our employer brand content delivery model, ensuring we are leveraging technology to transform how job seekers interact with our stories and content that influences their decisions.
  • Create Compelling Content: Develop and edit content for #QualtricsLife social media in partnership with our Social Media Program Manager in ways that uplevel the impact we can have on the market
  • Drive Employee Advocacy Innovation: Work with the Social Media Program Manager to strategically innovate our Employee Advocacy Program, partnering with employees to craft authentic, transparent, and value-add external stories that enhance our brand.
  • Embed Surprise and Delight: Conceptualize and execute grassroots/guerrilla marketing moments and activations that surprise, delight, and embed our unique employee experience into our day-to-day culture motion.
  • Amplify Belonging Narratives: Develop and execute an internal communication strategy specifically designed to share and raise the visibility of Q Group (Belonging) storytelling across the employee base.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating or managing complex projects or events (e.g., student government, major campus organization, large-scale internships, volunteer programs).
  • A portfolio or examples showcasing an ability to create, edit, or curate compelling content for social media, blogs, or internal communications (class assignments, personal projects count!).
  • Experience engaging and mobilizing a group of people towards a common goal (e.g., recruiting, awareness campaigns, leading a team).
  • Familiarity with marketing or design tools (e.g., Canva, basic video editing, social media platforms) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

What You Should Know About This Team

  • We are a small, mighty, and highly visible 4-person team led by the People Brand + Belonging Leader, who reports directly to the Chief People Officer. Your impact is immediate, global, and tracked at the executive level.
  • Our core mission is to create brand-influenced candidates by telling authentic, real human stories from inside the company—and your role ensures those stories are vibrant and connected to the employee experience.
  • We operate with a strong strategy but thrive on a continuous improvement mindset and a love for the "challenge of a build." If you see a way to innovate, you are empowered to prototype and launch it.
  • We're a global team, serving all our major markets (AMR, LATAM, EMEA, and APJ), giving you an immediate, cross-cultural lens on program design and execution.

Our Team’s Favorite Perks and Benefits

  • Ability to be a part of shaping and participating in some of our biggest, high-visibility programs - X4, SKO, CKO, TACOS Award, XM Day, End of Year Celebration, etc.
  • $1800 USD Experience bonus to be used for an “Experience” of your choosing
  • Competitive salary, performance bonuses, generous savings fund match.
  • Quarterly Wellness Reimbursement, can be used for activities including gym memberships, spa massages, workout equipment, meditation apps, and much more.
