Venture Forthe is seeking an innovative, relationship-focused Talent Development & Engagement Specialist to help shape an exceptional employee experience from the moment a candidate applies through their continued growth with our organization.
 

This strategic role combines office recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, retention, learning & development, leadership support, and culture-building.
 

What You'll do:
• Recruit and hire office/professional employees.
• Lead onboarding and new hire integration.
• Coordinate retention initiatives for office employees and PCAs.
• Develop In-Service Trainings and Micro Learning.
• Partner with leaders on engagement and culture.
• Analyze recruiting and retention metrics.
• Lead recognition and career development initiatives

Requirements

What You'll Bring: 

 • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in HR, recruiting, learning & development, employee engagement, or talent management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, organization, and project management skills.
