At Cantor Fitzgerald, we're looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our Human Resources team as a Talent Development & Engagement Coordinator. In this role, you'll be a key contributor to our Talent Development and Employee Engagement initiatives, working collaboratively with a dynamic HR team. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for employee development will be instrumental in driving our talent and learning platforms forward.   • Manage talent and learning platforms, including Oracle HCM and Oracle Learning, to ensure efficient talent development and reporting.
  • Support Early Career and Internship programs by coordinating logistics, communications, and events.
  • Create and design engaging employee communications, such as newsletters, event invites, and branded materials.
  • Draft written content and design visual assets for Talent Development, Employee Engagement, and Philanthropy initiatives.
  • Maintain and update SharePoint sites, engagement pages, and initiative directories to ensure easy access to resources.
  • Prepare executive-ready materials, including reports and presentations, and conduct research as needed.
  • Coordinate Talent Development & Engagement events, from networking sessions to professional development workshops.
  • Manage shared mailboxes and respond promptly to employee inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
  • Process and track departmental invoices, ensuring budget compliance and accurate financial records.
  • Document meeting notes, track action items, and follow up timely to ensure efficient project management.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and develop effective processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Experience in creating visually appealing communications using design tools like Canva and Adobe.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in Talent Development and Employee Engagement.
  • Experience in planning large-scale professional events is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic HR team, contributing to a positive and supportive workplace culture.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.
