The intern also manages tracking spreadsheets, resume notes, daily priorities, and recruiting-related administrative tasks while communicating through email and Slack.

As a Talent Sourcing Intern you will...
- Communicate with Talent Acquisition Manager to identify experience of desired talent
- Source, sort, and filter through resumes and candidate profiles to select talent for open requisitions
- Upload potential matched candidate resumes to ATS/Sharepoint and notify Talent Acquisition Manager
- Complete daily priorities and tasks with daily touch points
- Various administrative tasks (i.e. spreadsheet tracking, resume notes, etc.)
- Communication via email and slack to complete daily responsibilities
