Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates across platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, industry directories, and professional networks
  • Build and maintain structured candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct outreach to prospective candidates through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels
  • Screen resumes and identify candidates that align with role requirements
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and internal hiring teams
  • Track candidate status and communications within the company’s applicant tracking system

Requirements

  • Ability to identify and evaluate qualified candidates across multiple roles
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems or recruiting platforms preferred
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on candidate communication and scheduling
  • Self-directed and capable of working in a fast-paced hiring environment

Preferred

  • Prior experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent operations
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, or candidate outreach tools
  • Experience coordinating interviews and managing hiring pipelines across multiple departments
