The Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying and engaging qualified candidates for multiple roles across the organization. The role focuses on proactive candidate sourcing, outreach, pipeline building, and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. This position supports the company’s hiring efforts by maintaining a consistent flow of qualified talent into the recruiting process.

- Source candidates across platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, industry directories, and professional networks
- Build and maintain structured candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct outreach to prospective candidates through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels
- Screen resumes and identify candidates that align with role requirements
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and internal hiring teams
- Track candidate status and communications within the company’s applicant tracking system
Requirements
- Ability to identify and evaluate qualified candidates across multiple roles
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously
- Experience with applicant tracking systems or recruiting platforms preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on candidate communication and scheduling
- Self-directed and capable of working in a fast-paced hiring environment
Preferred
- Prior experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent operations
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, or candidate outreach tools
- Experience coordinating interviews and managing hiring pipelines across multiple departments
