Company Description

Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist (e.g., for sleep apnea), your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often specialists and medical services are overwhelmed with referrals and the painstakingly manual process it takes to qualify your referral prevents them from getting around to it on time, or sometimes at all. Tennr prevents these delays and denials by making sure every referral gets where it needs to go, with the right info, at the right time. Powered by RaeLM™ Tennr reads, extracts, and acts on every piece of patient information so providers can capture more referrals, slash denials, and reduce delays.

Role Description

Tennr is hiring a Talent Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage, and connect exceptional talent across Product, Engineering, and/or Go-To-Market teams. You’ll build the pipelines that power our growth by leading searches, developing sourcing strategies, and bringing forward the insights that help us hire smarter.

This role is highly collaborative, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to uncover market intelligence, target the right candidates, and ensure that every interaction with Tennr reflects our mission and values.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead proactive searches for roles across various functions and levels

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and other channels to identify top passive talent in SaaS and MedTech markets

  • Own candidate outreach by crafting personalized messages, managing responses, and representing Tennr authentically to potential candidates

  • Conduct initial screens to evaluate technical alignment, role fit, and motivation

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to align on search priorities, role calibrations, and evolving hiring needs

  • Deliver market insights including talent availability, competitor mapping, and compensation trends to guide search strategy

  • Track and report sourcing performance metrics to drive pipeline visibility and continuous improvement

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

  • Collaborate on employer branding initiatives such as events, campaigns, and referral engagement

  • Contribute to the evolution of Tennr’s sourcing playbook by documenting learnings, improving workflows, and sharing best practices

Candidate Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 2 years of sourcing experience in high-growth SaaS, MedTech, or startup environments

  • Demonstrated success identifying and engaging passive candidates across technical and business roles

  • Proficiency in advanced search techniques and sourcing tools

  • Strong written communication and the ability to articulate Tennr’s mission and opportunity effectively

  • Experience using ATS or CRM platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever with attention to accuracy and data consistency

  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while managing multiple priorities

  • Curiosity about market data, trends, and sourcing innovation

Preferred

  • Sourcing experience in high-growth SaaS, MedTech, or startup environments

  • Familiarity with talent intelligence tools such as Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Github, Gem or SeekOut

  • Experience contributing to employer branding or talent mapping projects

  • Interest in scaling sourcing operations and partnering across the recruiting function
