Role Description and Qualifications of the Tax Intern

Primary functions of the Tax Intern shall include:

  • Assist in the review of tax workpapers, including common book-to-tax adjustments and partnership allocations;

  • Assist in the review of US tax filings and payments

  • Monitor the delivery status of US tax reporting and tax workpapers in coordination with Ardian’s tax advisors and administrators;

  • Archive final tax deliverables and organize data stored in Ardian’s document repositories;

  • Summarize tax disputes and inquiries received from US federal and state tax regulators to share with US tax advisors;

  • Assist in preparing materials and supporting schedules for presentations and memos

Qualifications for the position shall include:

  • Master’s in taxation program candidate;

  • Rising senior or entering fifth year of a Master’s program;

  • Minimum GPA of 3.3;

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
